Please read and fill out as much of the form as possible.

My custom rate starts at $300. Pricing is determinate per piece and discuss via email. If you want to get a very small tattoo, you can combine 2 small/simple tattoos for the same appointment. Flash design can have a lower price, because they are repeatable. Flash modifications count as custom designs.

Filling out a form does not guarantee you a slot. I will try my best to respond to your inquiry within a week.

If selected, I will email you to discuss your idea, and go through the booking process.

By filling out this form you are agreeing to adhere to all policies of the artist and shop listed here.

Deposit to book with me is usually $100. You may be asked to leave a larger deposit depending on the size and complexity of your project.

The deposit will serve as a downpayment for your tattoo and will confirm your appointment.

Once deposit is paid you will be receiving a calendar invite that will confirm your appointment.

Please DO NOT DRINK ANY ALCOHOL 24hrs before or after the tattoo session.
